At the end of July 2021, Advanced Track & Trace (ATT) and Capital Croissance sealed an agreement that saw Capital Croissance take a stake in ATT as a reference shareholder.
The transaction enables ATT to benefit from Capital Croissance’s support initiatives in order to accelerate its strong development, in particular on an international stage. To this end, JMC Investments, a New York-based fund, is involved in the transaction.
