At the end of July 2021, Advanced Track & Trace (ATT) and Capital Croissance sealed an agreement which sees Capital Croissance take a stake in ATT as a reference shareholder.
The transaction allows ATT to benefit from Capital Croissance’s support initiatives in order to accelerate its strong development, in particular internationally. For these purposes, the New York-based JMC Investments fund is associated with the transaction.

Advanced Track & Trace and its reference shareholder, Capital Croissance, are pleased to announce the appointment of Jérôme Pichot as Chief Executive Officer.
He will succeed to Jean-Pierre Massicot, founder and current CEO of the company, who will remain with ATT in an advisory role. Jérôme’s mission will be to guide ATT in its development, in particular to expand to new territories, in ATT’s core areas of brand protection and traceability of products and security documents. ATT is a rapidly developing leader in the product connectivity markets via unique codes that allow objects to be authenticated and traced throughout the supply chain.
